Our Teachers become your Coach, as we take a mat approach to increasing flexibility by manually stretching each Client. Performed on our 2 inch comfy Thai Mat, the floor is utilized to provide the Client and Coach space to move more freely without restraint. Feel stiffness and pain melt away! Experience better mobility, stability, flexibility, and an ease in breathing, balance and mood!

3 - Skill Levels of Competition - NOVICE - INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED
We will Host Contests for Yogi's of All Levels. We encourge you to arrive early.
Poses will start off basic and become progressively more difficult. Failing to land a pose eliminates contestant from the floor. Until only 1 Yoga Remains.
Saturday April 18th 3 - 7 PM - Entry Fee $66
3 PM - Welcome, Introductions, Rules & Final Registration.
*There is a $75 Late Entry Fee the Day Of

After Event At Miraggio Italian Grill Barside
Each Group will require approximately 90 minutes of Contest Time.
Format is to move from pose to pose , with each pose becoming increasingly more difficult. The post should be held for 8 seconds, to qualify as complete. There will be a reset in between each pose.
The Winners will receive Prizes and Awards. The Top 3 Finishers in Each Skill Level will be awarded and recognized.
