JILL - FOUNDEr, owneR & TEACHER

Jill holds a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy, is an E-RYT 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher, and a Certified Tier 1 Baptiste Teacher. She held a national massage license for 23 years and a Florida state massage license for 7 years. She has spent many hours studying anatomy, fascia, emotions and energy with various Anatomy Trains educators.


After a running injury in College, which ruptured a hamstring, Jill began to delve into Yoga as a form of rehabilitation and healing. What began as a practice to help her hamstring injury heal, turned into a now two-plus decade love for the practice of yoga, and a career as a teacher and now studio owner.


Jill trained directly with Baron Baptiste, starting in the Spring of 2005. She taught and assisted classes for about ten years at his studios that existed in the Boston area. Jill also taught at various other studios in the Boston and MetroWest areas, and ran her own business, Journey Wellness, for fourteen years, seeing clients privately for yoga and massage, before she moved to Florida in the Fall of 2018.


The whole-being health that Jill has experienced through her practice is what inspires her to teach and practice. Not only did her practice help her hamstring injury heal, but it helped her overcome a decade long struggle with anorexia and a neuromuscular disorder she has dealt with since childhood. The ability to find her physical center through alignment and breath, manifested in centering her mentally and emotionally and awakened a spirit in her she had no clue she had! Because of this, she emphasizes alignment and breath throughout her classes with a playful, yet challenging flow, to help all find their center, spirit, and essentially, their best self!

She is elated to present this studio In Pompano Beach with an incredible team of teachers, her life partner/business partner, Rich, included, and a stellar spot on the intracoastal! It is a direct testament to the power of alignment and breath! 

She welcomes you warmly and is looking forward to creating a vibrant community here to raise the vibration for all to live a life full of health and abundant energy!

RICH - STRETCH & STRENGTHEN - STRETCH NOW

Co-Founder and VP of Business Development for Yoga Now. With almost 30 years experience as a Fitness Trainer, Personal Training Studio Owner, Gym Manager and Ninja Warrior Course Designer, and Transformation Coach.


Richie enjoys Yoga as a way to balance out his energy, meditate, and develop core strength. Rich also works on the media development, artificial intelligenceconsulting and online presence for Yoga Now and other Brands. 

As the preeminent Ninja Warrior course designer, he is able to offer movement classes designed to challenge and redefine your definition of physically fit. Check out his Stretch & Strenghthen Class Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m.! A 60  minute blast that will wake you up better than a cup of coffee! 


Retreats and Curated Wellness experiences are what Rich enjoys offering to the Wellness community. One on One Sessions also available by Appointment. 

carolina - YOGA Teacher

Carolina is an ERYT 500 Hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. She has studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. She is also certified to teach Yoga Kids and Prenatal Yoga. She has a background in Psychology, and has completed trainings in Reiki Healing and Thai Body Work, all which help keep Carolina aware of the power of words, attention and touch, and their mindful use in class. She holds space so students can experience themselves within, as they learn to give each sensation, each breath, their undisturbed presence. As the practice deepens what seemed impossible, is now available and healing happens naturally.

JuliA - YOGA Teacher

Julia brings to her yoga instruction a mindfulness philosophy. Julia's intention, as a guide of the practice, is to create a healing and safe space that allows students to experience the multitude of benefits of the practice of yoga. Meditation, breathwork, and philosophy are important aspects of her teaching. As an ERYT200 and meditation guide, Julia encourages observation and provides students with the tools to practice safely and passionately. Her classes offer creative sequencing, emphasis on alignment, breathwork, and meditation. Julia's playful and loving spirit will inspire you!

MARLA - YOGA Teacher

Marla believes yoga is for everyone. She provides a safe space to practice and explore, meeting her students with compassion and patience.

After completing her 200 hour certification, she took the teachings from the studio to the jail where she has been working for the past 22 years. She began incorporating yoga into the life skills curriculum she designed and facilitates as a way to instill confidence and self-worth, build resiliency, and foster physical, spiritual, and emotional growth.

Marla has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a certification in Chair Yoga. She strives to live by the principle of Ahimsa, practicing veganism and promoting animal rights and welfare.

MEG - YOGA & PILATES Teacher

I have been teaching Pilates and yoga for 23 years. When I was 18 years old, I walked into my first yoga class.  I knew the moment that I walked in that I found my calling; I knew I would become a yoga teacher. While I was working on my Bachelors degree in Psychology I would take as many yoga classes that I possibly could, and I realized that yoga and psychology go hand in hand. In January of 2004, I relocated to Boston for graduate school where I studied Holistic Psychology. My goal was to couple yoga with mental health counseling. While I was working on my graduate degree, I landed in the emergency room one night and was in awe as i watched the energy in the room. I soon realized that I wanted to become a registered nurse also. Shortly after, I went back to NY to work on my nursing degree. I have since coupled psychology, nursing, yoga and pilates into my practice and love every moment. Yoga will heal the soul, Pilates will strengthen and heal your body. I look forward to working with you on the mat and helping  you build inner and outer strength so that you can live your best life.

LINDA - YOGA Teacher

Linda Kal Sander is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and lifelong educator who has spent over four decades teaching people how to think, move, and grow.

With a Master’s degree in Education and deep experience in curriculum design, Linda brings structure, clarity, and intention to every yoga class. Her sequences are purposeful, her cues are clear, and her expectation is simple: show up, do the work, and surprise yourself.

And yes—music matters. A former radio announcer and DJ, Linda builds playlists that move with you, blending current sounds with throwbacks that hit just right. Her classes don’t just flow—they have a soundtrack.

SAMANTHA - PILATES MAT Teacher

Meet Samantha, a dedicated Mat Pilates instructor, passionate about mindful movement. She creates an energizing space where alignment, breath, and core connection leads the practice. Each class is designed to focus on posture, stability, and body awareness, helping clients build lasting strength while leaving them feeling more confident. Samantha is certified through SQLPT Pilates and has completed 100 hours of comprehensive training focused on the mastery of contemporary Pilates, including rehabilitation principles and pre- and postnatal movement.

heather - Reiki master Teacher & lifestyle coach

Heather has been guiding individuals through lifestyle transformations using a holistic whole-body individualized approach for over 20 years.

She has developed a set of healthy lifestyle principles that encompass all of the crucial components of human health and well-being. 

She incorporates these important pillars in each care plan to meet the needs of her clients, which include mindset and mindfulness in relation to mind-body connection, scientific-based foundational education, easy preparation and meal planning, and healthy coping strategies for lifestyle-related challenges, and more.

Heather is a graduate of Keiser University’s rigorous Radiologic Technology curriculum allowing her to be Nationally Registered as a Radiologic Technologist, also earning a special credential being board certified in Bone Densitometry, and Internationally registered and recognized by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

Over the years, Heather has completed over 5,000 course hours in holistic nutrition, functional wellness, and alternative treatment education/certification programs to include all levels of Reiki, including Reiki Master Teacher.

Her experience and training in both traditional western medicine and eastern medicine environments give her the ability to look at an individual's struggles from all angles and work as an integral part of her clients' wellness team in-conjunction with other medical professionals.

She particularly specializes in Women's Health, Bone Health, Functional/Restorative Fitness, Mindset Strategy, and General Lifestyle counseling.

She is also a published clinical researcher with a background in mental health and a true passion for human health and wellness.
