Richard will have an amazing array of instruments from Crystal Bowls & Tibetan Bowls to Chimes & Bells, Gongs, Flute & more!! He will lead a Bija Mantra to open the heart chakra & play Alto Flute for a special heart centered meditation. He will guide you through breathing practices to calm your nervous system and set you into a higher vibration of energy and receptivity. This one-hour class offers a gentle pathway into deep rest and awareness. We’ll begin with slow, joint-nourishing movements and simple breathwork to release held tension and calm the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra—a state of profound non-REM rest where the body sleeps while awareness remains present. Yoga Nidra is often described as a bridge between meditation and sleep, offering restorative benefits without physical effort. Students remain comfortably at rest throughout the practice, allowing restoration to occur at both the physiological and psychological levels.
