Alignment and breath focused to help you find your center, connect more intently and flow more easily! You will build strength and internal heat , increase your flexibility & stability, and move with more ease, less pain and heightened awareness! A physical practice that will have resonate effects on your mind, heart and soul. Quality instruction and alignment assists given when necessary. All spots have an intracoastal view!
This 60 minute Power Flow class will be a scaled down version of the original 90 minute, 53-posture Baptiste Power Flow sequence. No class will ever be the same but will always uphold the integrity and principles of Baptiste Yoga. It is a vigorous, "Power Vinyasa" style founded by Baron Baptiste, designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. It is rooted in three pillars—Asana (Physical Postures), Dhyana (Meditation), and Niyama (Self-Inquiry)—aimed at physical fitness and personal empowerment, making it accessible to all levels. Be ready for an invigorating, empowering and divine experience!
A softer and slower approach to our All-Levels Flow, these classes are 60 minutes. Gentle Flow will emphasize breath awareness. Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced yogi, this class is a perfect opportunity to learn the principles of yoga and build a solid & safe foundation. You'll also cultivate a sense of center & strength, increased flexibility & awareness, and discover the power of your own breath and flow! This slower flow can have a way to create a slow burn also! Quality instruction & alignment assists given, and intracoastal views!
Our Gentle Flow class with a twist! This 60 min Gentle Flow will emphasize breath awareness. and include the use of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rainstick and more! Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced yogi, this class is a perfect opportunity to cultivate a sense of center & strength, gain increased flexibility & awareness, and discover the power of your own breath and flow! The sound bath may be delivered throughout class, or given during savasana to enhance the settling of your nervous system and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed!
Pilates Mat is a dynamic, full-body practice performed on the floor using your body weight and minimal equipment. It focuses on core strength, stability, flexibility, posture, and breath control. Through controlled movements, Mat Pilates helps improve alignment, build balanced strength, and increase body awareness. It can also aid in rehabilitation and is a wonderful, supportive form of exercise for both pre- and postnatal bodies.
A Moderate Class, which will emphasize Strengthening, utilizing dynamic movement, isometrics, plyometrics. Personal Attention will be paid by the Instructor, Rich, who will customize and modify where necessary, to ensure progression! If you've been wanting to regain strength, balance, bone density, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance, this is for You!
Learn Salsa From the Best! Irina Is a World Class Ballroom Teacher. With many specialties including Salsa! She will be leading class and providing indivudual attention to those needing guidance during class. Come as a Couple or Come Solo! Wear Soft Heeled Shoes if you are a beginner.
