
Suited for any level of participant, we offer 45 minute & 60 minute all-levels classes. Modifications will be suggested as needed, to either soften or amplify your pose. Alignment and breath focused to help you find your center, build strength and flexibility, and move with more ease and awareness! A softer and slower approach to our All-Levels Flow, these classes are 60 minutes. Gentle Flow will emphasize breath awareness. Whether you are new to yoga or a practiced yogi, this class is a perfect opportunity to learn the principles of yoga and build a solid & safe foundation. You'll also cultivate a sense of center & strength, increased flexibility & awareness, and discover the power of your own breath and flow! This slower flow can have a way to create a slow burn also! This 60 min Hatha Flow class is designed to increase strength, balance, and flexibility with fewer transitions between asanas (postures) than a vinyasa flow class. This class will have more flow though than a traditional hatha class. The word “ha” means sun, “tha” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you, or the Pingala and Ida in you:) All spots have intracoastal views! This 60 min class will focus on breathing & slowing down, to soften tension all around! You will connect to the internal rhythms of the breath (prana) through specialized yoga sequences & postures drawn from various yoga lineages that decrease inflammation, unblock energetic pathways, & facilitate lymphatic drainage to harmonize the vital flow of your body’s life force. The class will include a blissful sound bath, with bowls possibly placed on you, leaving you restored & renewed to a more harmonized, peaceful you! Yoga-Lates is such a fun, conditioning-like class that combines exercises from pilates with yoga postures. It is said to combine the benefits of both practices. The theory is that the yoga piece of the class will help improve flexibility, strength, breathing capacity, balance, body awareness and concentration. Pilates will help to make the body more functional by balancing the development of different muscle groups and giving the practitioner better movement patterns. Yoga-Lates is a fun and challenging holistic practice, another way of mindfully moving! Quality instruction and attention. All spots have an intracoastal view! Small Group Training Class. Max 8 People Stretch & Strengthen befins with a Warm-Up and Stretch, and then Clients are guided in detail on how to strength train utilizing Your own Bodyweight, and Resistance Bands, And Some Dumbells. This class is for those who want to gain strength or tone up rapidly, and are ready to be challenged in a safe and effective approach. Flexibility is key in developing any strength gains, so approximately 1/3 of the Class Session is dedicated solely to sports medicine style stretching. This program is led by Rich, and is suitable for Fitness Enthusiasts of all Levels. Advanced Clients will be given advanced guidance, and the less experienced will be provided with variations and modifications to adjust while optimizing their efforts.
Bring Your Wraps and Gloves if You Have Them. We will be doing non-contact as well as hitting the Heavy Bag and Pads. Rich will provide excellent instruction. If you are beginner or advanced, please come prepared to learn and be challenged This is a great class to work on your Shadow! As well as prepare yourself for defense should You ever need it!
