Utilizing functional movements, yoga props and light weights, you will be guided through a 60 minute personal training session aimed to strengthen and tone, and build core stabilization and balance. The session will end with assisted stretching to leave you feeling strong, long and awakened!

Our Teachers become your Coach, as we take a mat approach to increasing flexibility by manually stretching each Client.
