Some general Information

Set on the banks of the Intracoastal, this boutique style yoga studio is your one stop studio for various styles of yoga! We offer All-Levels Flow, Gentle Flow, Yin Yoga Sound Bath, Restorative, Sunrise 45, Beginner Basics, as well as one Cardio Kick-Box class per week. Our signature All-Levels flow experience is our Yoga Luxe class. Luxe classes guarantee you 8 people or less per class, giving you more space and more specific attention! Whether you are looking to build strength, improve your flexibility, reduce stress, increase awareness, heal deeply, or simply stay active, we have a class for you! We also offer private yoga trainings. Our classes are 45 minutes, 60 minutes & 75 minutes.

ALL CHILDREN UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

Meditation is an integral part of your physical yoga practice, and it is a powerful tool to cultivate awareness, connection, inner peace, creativity and vitality! Our yoga classes emphasize breath and body awareness so that each yoga practice becomes a moving meditation. You will learn how to observe and quiet your mind, and how to connect with your higher self and spirit. You'll develop focus and become more present to your yoga practice and whatever your life presents! In addition to our yoga classes, we offer private half hour meditation trainings.

Onsite parking is somewhat limited at our address. The spots with parking cones in them can be used! There are many municipal lots within 3-5 minutes walking distance, specifically the Oceanside Lot on Riverside Drive, the lot at the top of East Atlantic and Pompano Beach Boulevards, and the lot on Hibiscus Avenue.

We kindly ask that you cancel 24 hours ahead of any private training you booked to avoid being charged. Please provide us 2 hours notice if you are canceling a class to avoid being charged. If you rebook your appointment or class we will not charge you:) 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class or appointment.

Please silence or turn off your phone prior to starting your class or appointment.

Please show up with your mat, water and a hand towel or yogi toes. We do rent mats for $3 and sell water for $2. Our Manduka hand towels for purchase are $16, and our we have a variety of Manduka mats for purchase also.

All packages have a SIX month expiration from date of purchase. Class packages can be shared with up to TWO people. Our monthly unlimited auto-renew, renews monthly. Our non-recurring monthly unlimited package is set to expire 30 days from the date of your first class.
