Our Teachers become your Coach, as we take a mat approach to increasing flexibility by manually stretching each Client. Performed on our 2 inch comfy Thai Mat, the floor is utilized to provide the Client and Coach space to move more freely without restraint. Feel stiffness and pain melt away!
