In this workshop we will explore the relationship between core muscles and spine flexibility/mobility. We will practice basic abdominal drills to help you feel the core engagement needed to improve stability and balance through your back bending practice. As we navigate the different movements of the spine, we will gain a better understanding on how to use our front and back bodies, applying less effort while achieving greater integration.
