Unwind, Relax, and Recharge. Return to Nature in Central Florida at the Fresh Water, Alkaline Springs of Rainbow Springs and Crystal River. Visit some of the pristine healing waters which remain at 72 degrees Fahrenheit year round. Guided by Yoga Now Pompano Beach Founders and Co-Owners Jill, Richie, as well as a few Select Instructors. You will experience Yoga, Meditation, and Relaxing Swims, hikes, paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. 

We will be staying in 2 Five Star Air BNB Retreat Homes. Both are Women Owned, and they are delighted to welcome our beloved Guests. 

Both Retreat Homes have direct Water Access to Crystal river.

One of the properties is equipped with a 1/2 Acre Joined lot (for our tent campers :), surrounded by trees with direct eater access. Each home is equipped with Canoes and Kayaks and/or pabbleboards. 

Comfort is key to our Guests having the most welcoming environment to come home to. So we procured the cleaniest most comfortable environment to come to after the lond days on the trail and in the water. 

In future Retreats some will be themed more Primitive Camping, but this one is all about peace, calm, and comfort. 

The rate is all inclusive and includes :

1.  Meals (Breakfast & Mid Day Snacks ) 

2. Accomodations in one of our 2 5 Star Retreat Style AIR BNB - SuperHost Homes - with Direct Water Access into Crystal River.

3. Ground Transportation Provided from our Location to the Destination and Back

4. Includes Activities Costs (Canoeing, Hiking, Park Access) 

5. All Classes & Stretch Sessions 

6. Bottomless Cold Pressed Juices (while supplies last)

7. SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS in a Private Bedroom. ($888) Shared Bedroom and/or Bath ($777)

SHARED BATH. 

*Shared Bathroom will be Professionally Maintained (Cleaned & Sanitized + Disinfected) by the Hosts, After Each Guests Use, New Towels, and Bath Mats will Be Provided. Bring Flip Flops or Shower Shoes for additional sanitation. 

The Base Rate ($888) Entitles you to a Private Single Room in our 5 STAR  Riverside Retreat Air BNB. 

This Accomodation type is ideal for Solo Travelers - Traveling Couples may Request their own Bathroom, or Private Cabin.

BUDDY Rate ($777) for those who are open to a SHARED ROOM Shared Bath or Tent with SHARED INDOOR BATH .... great for Buddy / Companion travelers who want or are open to a shared ROOM sleeping arrangements. + All Rates are Plus Tax.

PRIMITIVE RATE ($711) for those who desire to sleep in a Tent for a more CAMPING  connected experience. Tent Space will be available on-site at the

An Application / Intake form will be completed by Each Guest after payment / deposit is received. This form will provide our Staff with valuable information about food preferences, medical concerns, allergies, emergency contact, and other pertinent information, which will allow us to curate a more personalized experience for each valued Guest.
