Unwind, Relax, and Recharge. Return to Nature in Central Florida at the Fresh Water, Alkaline Springs of Rainbow Springs and Crystal River. Visit some of the pristine healing waters which remain at 72 degrees Fahrenheit year round. Guided by Yoga Now Pompano Beach Founders and Co-Owners Jill, Richie, as well as a few Select Instructors. You will experience Yoga, Meditation, and Relaxing Swims, hikes, paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. 

The rate is all inclusive and includes :

1.  Meals (Breakfast & Mid Day Snacks ) 

2. Accomodations in one of our 2 Designated Campgrounds - Tent/Cabin/or RV

The Base Rate ($888) Entitles you to a Single Cabin This Accomodation type is ideal for Solo Travelers 

BUDDY Rate ($777) for those who are open to a PRIVATE ROOM in a Shared Building a room or for Buddy / Companion travelers who want or are open to a shared ROOM sleeping arrangements. + All Rates are Plus Tax.

PRIMITIVE RATE ($711) for those who desire to sleep in a Tent for a more earth connected experience.

*Return time from RETREATS

SUNDAY 2 PM - ARRIVE AT YOGA NOW 7 PM

An Application / Intake form will be completed by Each Guest after payment / deposit is received. This form will provide our Staff with valuable information about food preferences, medical concerns, allergies, emergency contact, and other pertinent information, which will allow us to curate a more personalized experieence for each valued Guest.
